Just another Monday

Not much to update on this front.  I have my 28 week doctor appointment on Wednesday so I'm sure I'll have more updates then.  Fortunately I have felt pretty amazing during this whole pregnancy.  I am one of those annoying women who actually enjoy being pregnant.  We did finally register and pick up our bedding to prepare for the little one.  It's getting more and more exciting to plan and prep for baby McClure.

We're looking forward to seeing the McClure bunch at the annual 4th of July party this weekend.  It is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a hectic greenhouse season.

I must say Matt has been pretty amazing.  He takes good care of me and even found time to learn how to make homemade strawberry jelly and freezer jam.....it is delicious.  Thank you to Matt and Kristina for keeping me well stocked in jam, it hits the spot for this preggo :)

Baby bump update

Here are pictures of the infamous baby bump at almost 27 weeks.....

The good picture....

Almost a good one....

I have no idea what happened here....after this photo session we decided to wait a day and try again....we are so mature.

I am feeling great and just took my hour long glucose test today.  I can feel myself starting to get the pregnant woman waddle and I think my belly button is dangerously close to becoming an outie, but besides that things are pretty normal.  I am happy to be in the third trimester.  Time is flying by!  Greenhouse season is wrapping up so we are looking forward to focusing on getting ready for baby.

Hello friends and family!

Hello all,

We're so excited to be expecting baby McClure in September!  We wanted to do this blog to help keep all of our friends and family included on what is happening.  With aunts and uncles in 4 different states, grandparents spread out over Ohio, and countless cousins and other relatives all over the nation this was the easiest way for us to share news and pictures.

This is a picture from our ultrasound at 20 weeks.  This one shows the face profile with the little hand up by the mouth.

This one is a more traditional ultrasound picture with baby McClure's face.  We did not find out the sex, we'll wait to be surprised on the delivery day.

We'll try to keep you updated and post when we can!

Jess & Matt
